  • Mushroom 16 pcs, vinegar 4 tblespoon, water 1/4 cup, ghee, white oil, palak saag or spinach 12 pcs whole and half for blanche , coconut milk, bellpepper 1 pc, ginger garlic crushed, garlic 6 pcs, ginger 1 small chopped, make a paste with poppyseeds, green chilly, charmagaz, Yoghert optional 2 tblespoon, sahijeera, black peppercorns, white peppercorns. Dry red chilly whole, cloves 2, cardamon 2, cinamon medium stick, garam masala paste ( elaichi, cloves, cardamom, javetri, nutmeg), salt.bay leaf ,kasuri meethi

Directions

  • In pan boil water,add mushroom , vinegar and just boil for few seconds and drain water.Now in another pan add oil, ghee , sahi jeera and stir fry mushrooms, bellpepper and half whole spinach.Now keep aside in bowel. Take a mixture grind grind coconut milk with spinach with garam masala and peppercorn to make a paste. Now add more oil in same pan add ginger garlic crush,whole garam masala, bay leaf, red dry chilly and add paste of spinach add green chilly and salt, sugar, and cook in low flame till oil leaves the pan once oil leave pan add crushed ginger, garlic, whole masala add fried veggies at last add kasuri meethi
